Documents you'll need to upload

  • State Bar Council enrolment certificate (PDF or photo, mandatory)
  • Bar Council of India enrolment number (e.g. MAH/1234/2018)
  • State Bar Council where you are enrolled, and year of enrolment
  • Full name as on enrolment, phone & professional email

We run an AI-assisted check on the uploaded certificate (OCR cross-match of name / enrolment number / state / year) and a best-effort lookup against publicly known State Bar Council registers. This is advisory only — the State Bar Council remains the sole authority on enrolment validity, and a Dare to Law compliance admin makes the final call.
