Bundle credits cover platform technology fees only — AI research, document intake, secure storage, dispatch, and case tracking.

Professional fees of the empanelled advocates for document review, signing, consultations and court work are disclosed and agreed separately with the independently engaged advocate assigned to your matter, before any advocate work begins.

No bundle purchase constitutes a contract for legal services with any individual advocate on the panel.

How your fee is split

Every paid order is shown at checkout as two separately disclosed components:

  • Platform fee — paid to Dare to Law for software, AI research, templates, secure handling and dispatch.
  • Advocates' professional fee — paid directly to the independently engaged advocate from our panel for review, signature, opinion, consultation or court work, where applicable.

We do not share, split or pay any portion of the advocates' professional fees with non-advocates, in keeping with the bar on fee-sharing under the Bar Council of India Rules.

No subscriptions. Ever.

Every bundle is a single one-time payment. Credits sit in your account until used, within the validity window stated on each bundle. You will never be auto-charged, never put on a monthly plan, and never billed without your explicit consent for a fresh purchase.

Dare to Law is a legal-technology platform — not a law firm, not any individual advocate's practice, and not a lawyer directory or marketplace — in compliance with the Advocates Act, 1961 and BCI Rule 36. See the Advocates' Operations SOP.

Court filings, vakalatnama & representation

These are advocate-only services rendered by the independently engaged advocate (assigned from our panel of empanelled advocates) as an independent professional. The Platform's role is strictly facilitation — intake, scheduling, secure handling and dispatch. A separate engagement letter is signed by you and the assigned advocate before any such service commences. Platform fee for facilitation is disclosed up-front; the advocates' professional fees are quoted separately by the assigned advocate and are not covered by bundle credits.

Delivery of the signed document

Every case lets you pick how the signed document reaches you. Both options are shown on the case page after intake:

Physical courier (Analog) — Phase 1 · live now

Signed, stamped hard copy dispatched via a reputable courier to your address. Best for court filings, notarised affidavits and stamped originals.

Courier & handling: ₹100 + 18% GST = ₹118 (added to your final invoice).

Digital eSign via Digio — Phase 2 · coming soon

Aadhaar-OTP eSign under IT Act 2000 §3A, delivered instantly to your portal & email with a §63 BSA evidence certificate. Suitable for opinions, drafts, replies and contracts.
