TrustMark is a platform provider. Advocates listed on this utility page are independently enrolled with the Bar Council of India, set their own fee within a platform band, and invoice the client directly on their own registration. No ranking, no 'top advocate' badges, no marketing of any individual.
Platform fee
₹299 flat scheduling fee
The only amount payable to TrustMark for the booking. The advocate's own professional fee is quoted, invoiced and collected by the advocate directly, on the advocate's own registration.
Legal basis
Advocates Act, 1961 (§35, §36) and BCI Rules on advertising/solicitation. TrustMark does not share, split, or receive any part of the advocate's professional fee.
What this booking is — and isn't
- The advocate consultation is NOT part of the TrustMark verification report.
- The consultation is NOT a warranty, endorsement, or certification of the report's contents.
- Advocate fees are paid to the advocate — not to TrustMark — and are non-refundable once the consultation is delivered.
- TrustMark does not receive any percentage of legal fees. Only a flat platform fee (either an advocate-side directory listing fee OR a customer-side scheduling fee) is charged.
